The World Apostolate of Fatima is pleased to offer you a special pilgrimage programme of 6 days and 5 nights
to Fatima - Portugal. |

|
Day 1:
Arrival at Lisbon airport. Bus transfer to Domus Pacis - Fatima. En route, tour guided to the
Basilica of St. Anthony (Lisbon) and stop at Santarém to celebrate Holy Mass (if the group
brings a priest) and venerate the miracle of the “Bleeding Host”.
On arrival at Domus Pacis, welcoming words from the WAF International Secretariat. Time for
personal rest followed by a short visit to the Shrine of Fatima. |

Day 2:
After breakfast, guided visit to the Sanctuary of Fatima, including the Chapel of the
Apparitions, the tombs of Blessed Francisco and Jacinta, the Chapel of Reconciliation and the
Chapel of Perpetual Adoration. Holy Mass at the Shrine.

| In the afternoon, guided visit to the Byzantine Chapel in Domus Pacis and tour to Valinhos (spot where the Angel appeared, Hungarian Calvary, etc); Aljustrel (Jacinta and Francisco’s house, Lucia’s house); Fatima Parish church, etc. After dinner, you may wish to participate in the Rosary and in the candlelight procession at the Shrine. This applies from March to October. |

Day 3:
After breakfast, guided tour by bus to Coimbra. Holy Mass at the Carmelite convent where Sister Lucia lived and is now buried.
In the afternoon, video presentation on the history of the Apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima. Conference on the Message of Fatima and on the mission of the World Apostolate of Fatima, by the Secretariat. If the group has more than 100 pilgrims, a guest speaker will be invited for the conference.
Personal free time. Again, after dinner you may join the Rosary and candlelight procession at the Shrine. |

| Day 4: |
|
|
Holy Mass at Domus Pacis. After breakfast, guided excursion by bus to Batalha, where the
Monastery of our Lady of the Victory was built over 600 years ago. Visit to Alcobaca, home to
the Abbey built by the first King of Portugal to honour a vow in honour of Our Lady. Finally,
visit to Nazaré with its breathtaking view of the Atlantic, and where women still wear their
seven petticoat traditional costumes.

Day 5:
Holy Mass at the Little Chapel of the Apparitions. After breakfast, guided tour by bus to Fatima’s surrounding beautiful caves. Afternoon free for personal prayer, rest or other activities. After dinner, cultural evening at Domus Pacis with traditional Portuguese folkloric music from the time of the Apparitions. |

Day 6:
Departure from Domus Pacis (after breakfast) – Bus transfer Domus Pacis – Lisbon airport, accompanied by a tour guide. |

The group will be accommodated at Domus Pacis in Fatima. |

| |

Apart from the fixed programme, the group may also include or exchange in its pilgrimage the following options: |

1 - Bus transfer from Lisbon airport to Domus Pacis & Domus Pacis to Lisbon airport, accompanied by a tour guide. |

2 - Bus transfer from Lisbon airport - Santarém (stop en route to visit the Church of the “Bleeding Host”) – Domus Pacis & Domus Pacis – Lisbon airport, accompanied by a tour guide. |

Note: Should you decide to take one of our optional tours, we shall be most pleased to help you with your pilgrimage programme. The price for each option will be calculated according to the season of the year or other demands. At your own request we can also organise different itineraries for your group, which are not mentioned here. |
