The World Apostolate of Fatima, being an international organization, is present in all five continents. Each continent has one or more regional centres, which acts as a reference point for the group of nations-members that fall under it. The regional centre has also the mission to coordinate and plan pastoral activities in the region.

The national organizations of the World Apostolate are of the following categories:

  • Principal Nations: All nations whose Bishops’ Conference or several Diocesan Bishops of that nation have recognized the Apostolate of Fatima by written document. They have the status of a National Center. In addition, these nations must have held a national election of officers in recent years and be in compliance with their obligations according to the International Statutes of the World Apostolate of Fatima.
  • Advancing Nations: Nations that have one or more Bishops who have given recognition to the Apostolate of Fatima within the nation but have not held national election of officers.
  • Beginning Nations: Nations wherein individual members and group Prayer Cells exist but have not received recognition of the Diocesan Bishop nor held national elections.
